Light to medium weight stretch knit fabrics with good drape and recovery are recommended. Suitable fabrics include Cotton Spandex, Viscose Spandex, Bamboo Spandex, and Rayon Spandex. For best results, choose a fabric containing approximately 4–5% spandex/elastane.
