When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

All sewing patterns sold on this website are digital files (PDF downloads).
No physical goods will be shipped.

2.2 Personal Use License

Each pattern is for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

  • Print and sew garments for yourself, gifts, or charity.

You may not:

  • Share, forward, resell, or distribute the files.

  • Claim the designs as your own.

  • Use the patterns for commercial mass production without written permission from Stik en Dinge.

2.3 Copyright

All text, images, and digital patterns are the property of Stik en Dinge and are protected under South African copyright law.
Unauthorised use or copying is prohibited.

2.4 Accuracy and Liability

We strive to ensure accuracy in every pattern. However, variations in printers, scaling, body shapes or fabric types may affect results.
We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of our sewing patterns.

3. No Refund Policy

Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final.

Once payment is completed and files are sent, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges — even if you haven’t downloaded the files yet.

Please ensure before purchasing that:

  • You’ve chosen the correct size or pattern.

  • Your device can open and print PDF files.
